Alpha CD35C - No hot water, heating start working when hot tap is opened

The diverter valve might be faulty or the diverter valve motor id broken. Disconnect the motor from the valve and open and close hot water tap. If the metal part in the middle doesn't move then replace the motor.

The part is Diverter Valve Motor 1.018064

Alpha CB28x - Red and Amber light are on - Faulty PCB (1.017118)

Alpha CB28x combination boiler  - No hot water, no heating

• Red and Amber light are on
• Power goes to the Pump
• No power goes to the Fan when heat demand is present
• Faulty PCB

Alpha CD50 - no lights - Faulty PCB (1.027267)

Alpha CD50 has no light on the front panel and both heating and hot water don't work

• Check the PCB fuse. Replace if necessary
• If after replacing the fuse boiler makes a loud noise from a transformer (located in the burner chamber behind the fan) then PCB is faulty
• Replace PCB. The part number is 1.027267
