Ferroli DOMIcondense HE26C - main heat exchanger 39837660

Ferroli DOMIcondense HE26C hot water is luke warm 

• Boiler is making a kettling noise and sometimes goes into lock-out when hot water is on
• Heating is working fine
• The boiler is in hard water area and a lime scale reducer is not fitted
• Main heat exchanger has scaled up
• Replace the main heat exchanger Ferroli 39837660 MAIN HEAT EXCHANGER

Ferroli Modena F24 Pump Assembly 39808300

Ferroli Modena F24 no heating but hot water is working fine

• Check the voltage to the pump
• Open the pump vent pump and check if the impeller is spinning

Ferroli F 30 - hot water but no heating

Ferroli F 30 combination boiler doesn't produce any heating but hot water is working fine. When you turn the room stat up the boiler suppose to fire up but it doesn't.

• Open the boiler cover and check continuity between two wires from the room stat.
  • if no continuity when room stat is calling then replace the room stat
• Next check the boiler time clock has heating 'on'
• Check for continuity between 3 and 5 connectors to the time clock
  • in my case there were no continuity so the time clock is faulty and need replacement
• The part to repalce is Ferroli Universal Time Clock 39803831
