Heat Lline CaprizPlus 28a - Faulty Diverter Valve Actuator Motor 3003200039

Fault description

Boiler does not produce any hot water. When hot water tap opened the boiler works but radiators getting hot instead.

Cause of the problem

Most likely cause is a faulty diverter valve or diverter valve actuator. To check which one disconnect the diverter actuator from the valve and open the hot water. If there is power to the diverter vale but the spindle isn't moving the replace the actuator

Heat Lline Capriz 28 - faulty PCB (3003202166)

Heat line Capriz 28 Combination boiler goes into ignition lockout with a red flame light on the front panel after an attempt to ignite.

If the boiler is trying to ignite but the flame doesn't stay the the flame sensing electrode or PCB flame rectification device is faulty. Check the flame sensing electrode's position and continuity (use multi-meter) from the tip to the connection port on PCB. If there is a continuity then replace the Pcb

The part number for the PCB is 3003202166 and the part number for the sensing electrode is 3003202102

Fault description

• Hot water is lukewarm

How to fix

• Let the heating pipes to cool down
• Open a hot water tap on full
• Touch the boiler central heating flow pipe and notice if its getting hot
• If its getting hot with hot water running then replace the diverter valve (recommended) or replace the insides

Heat Lline Vizo 24 - the boiler fires up but no heating

• Turn on heating and touch the hot water heat exchanger
• If its getting hot when all the hot water taps are closed then a Diverter valve or a motor is faulty
• Replacement part is Heatline Diverter Valve D003200017 (Replaces Part Number: 3003200017)
