• Check if the water is lukewarm from the sower only or from all of the taps
• If you have a lukewarm water from all hot water outlets then check your boiler or a cylinder
• If water is lukewarm only from the shower then try to adjust the thermostatic cartridge
• If it still not hot enough after adjustment then replace the cartridge

• Isolate the water supply to the problematic shower valve
• Open any other hot water outlet and take a temperature reading
• Open the water supply to the problematic shower and take the second temperature reading
• If the temperature has dropped considerably then replace or clean Non Return Valves
